SCI Proposal for City of Pleasanton <br />May 22, 2025 <br />Page 10 <br />FEE SCHEDULE / MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />In consideration of the work accomplished, as outlined in the Work Plan, SCI shall be compensated as <br />detailed below. Our professional fees are based on our understanding of the City's needs and the level of <br />effort we expect is necessary to complete the Work Plan successfully. <br /> <br />After completing each task, SCI shall submit an invoice for the work performed. Payments shall be due <br />and payable upon submitting an invoice for each completed task. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />SCI has reviewed and accepts the terms of the City's standard Professional Services Agreement and will <br />enter into such an agreement if selected. However, SCI will require recognition as a design professional <br />for indemnification purposes.
