<br /> <br /> <br />Sollicitation Process: <br />PWD-Utilities Planning Staff recommends sole source contracting with DKF Solutions. <br /> <br />The City has previously hired DKF Solutions to begin the development of SOP’s and Station <br />Emergency Response Plans and we are looking forward to continuing these efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />The Funding for these services will be paid out of the Sewer Enterprise Fund (430), with our Operations <br />and Maintenance program under Org 43041202 and Object 430101 – Professional Services.
