Otherwise, the total cost of this Change Request will be invoiced on January 1, 2024. <br />•Late Payment penalties are applicable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable SOW. <br />•This Change Request shall result in the allocation and dedication of resources for the commencement and <br />delivery of the change(s) or solution(s) described above.
