In the event that an investigation is not completed due to the candidate <br />withdrawing from the process or the City of Pleasanton Police Department <br />stopping the investigation, Knox Investigations will charge $65.00 per hour, with <br />a minimum fee of $350, not to exceed the cost for a completed investigation. <br />The cost of travel, lodging, and per diem for any significant distance deemed <br />necessary for the completion of a background investigation would be the <br />responsibility of the City of Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />Travel will not be done without prior permission from the City of Pleasanton Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Jim Knox is a California-licensed Licensed Private Investigator and carries General <br />Liability and Errors and Omissions Insurance. <br />Knox Investigations is owned by James Knox, who is the sole proprietor and qualified <br />manager.
