Ordinance No. 2298 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br /> <br />§13.20.080 Public art fund. <br />A. In-lieu fees for public art and maintenance endowments for public art will be <br />placed in a public art fund as defined by Pleasanton Municipal Code 13.16.030. Use of such <br />funds shall be as described in Pleasanton Municipal Code 13.16.040. <br />B. No more than 10% of public art funds collected from in-lieu fees shall be used for <br />the administration of the public art program. <br />C. The commission will recommend to the city council how the Public Art Fund <br />should be expended. <br />Page 84 of 264
