ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ADOPTING AN UPDATE TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton maintains a Master Fee Schedule that complies with <br />City- Council-approved fees for specific City services provided to residents, non-residents, non- <br />profits, businesses, and other entities within the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services given the unique benefit to <br />members of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable <br />recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing or eliminating the use of general <br />tax revenues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an update to Section D establishes fees for Library Meeting Room Facility <br />Rentals that align with the City Council-approved Master Fee Schedule for VIII. D. Recreation <br />Facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, priority use of the Library Meeting Room is reserved for Library and <br />Recreation programs, Friends of the Library events, and City-sponsored activities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />The Master Fee Schedule is amended as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on September 16, 2025. <br /> <br />I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on September 16, 2025 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />Daniel G.
