<br />• Issuing and mailing a physical check to the address on record <br />BOARD/COMMITTEE/COMMISSION ACTION <br />The Library Commission reviewed the staff recommendation at its August 7, 2025 meeting <br />and recommended approval of the update to the Materials Recovery Policy as presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br />As part of the implemention of recent City Council-approved budget reductions, the City is <br />streamlining processes to responsibly manage limited resources and balance service costs <br />with community benefit.
