The applicability of regulations governing the outdoor storage and use of <br />highly toxic, toxic, and moderately toxic gases shall be as set forth in Sections 6004.3.1.1 through <br />6004.3.1.5. <br />20.24.570 CFC Section 6004.3.1.1 amended – Quantities not exceeding the maximum allowable <br />quantity per control area. <br /> <br />Section 6004.3.1.1 is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />6004.3.1.1 Quantities not exceeding the maximum allowable quantity per control area. The <br />outdoor storage or use of highly toxic and toxic gases in amounts exceeding the threshold quantity per <br />control area set forth in Table 5003.1.1(4) shall be in accordance with Sections 5001, 5003, 6001, <br />6004.1, and 6004.3.1.4 and 6004.3.1.5. <br /> <br />20.24.580 CFC Section 6004.3.1.4 added – Quantities not exceeding the minimum threshold <br />quantity per control area. <br /> <br />Section 6004.3.1.4 is hereby added to read: <br /> <br />6004.3.1.4 Quantities not exceeding the minimum threshold quantity per control area. The <br />outdoor storage or use of highly toxic, toxic and moderately toxic gases in amounts not exceeding the <br />minimum threshold quantity per control area set forth in Table 6004.1 shall be in accordance with <br />Sections 6001, 6004.1 and Chapter 50. <br /> <br />20.24.590 CFC Section 6004.3.1.5 added – Quantities exceeding the minimum threshold quantity <br />per control area. <br /> <br />Section 6004.3.1.5 is hereby added to read: <br /> <br />6004.3.1.5 Quantities exceeding the minimum threshold quantity per control area. The outdoor <br />storage or use of highly toxic, toxic and moderately toxic gases in amounts exceeding the minimum <br />threshold quantity per control area set forth in Table 6004.1 shall be in accordance with Sections <br />6001, 6004.1, 6004.3 and Chapter 50. <br /> <br />20.24.600 CFC Section 6004.3.2 amended – General outdoor requirements. <br /> <br />Section 6004.3.2 is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />6004.3.2 General outdoor requirements. The general requirements applicable to the outdoor storage <br />and use of highly toxic, toxic and moderately toxic gases shall be in accordance with Sections <br />6004.3.2.1 through 6004.3.2.4. <br /> <br />Moderately toxic gases with an LC50 equal to or less than 3000 parts per million shall comply with <br />the requirements for toxic gases in Sections 5001, 5003, 6001, 6004.1 and 6004.3. <br /> <br />Moderately toxic gases with an LC50 more than 3000 parts per million but not greater than 5000 parts <br />per million and exceeding the maximum threshold quantity, as determined by 6004.1.6, shall comply <br />with the requirements for toxic gases in Sections 5001, 5003, 6001, 6004.1 and 6004.3.2.1 through <br />6004.3.2.4. <br /> <br />Page 50 of 376
