<br />PRICE PROPOSAL <br />The price of each examination shall be $400.00. <br />“No shows” and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at <br />50 % of the regular fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are a “no-show.” Expert <br />testimony if requested will be provided at a rate of $175.00 per hour to include <br />preparatory time and travel. <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br />I began my law enforcement career in 1985. I have been employed as a police <br />officer, police sergeant and department director. I have been conducting polygraph <br />examinations since 2008. From 2008 to 2012 I was the primary polygraph examiner <br />for the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff. From 2012 to 2014 I managed the <br />Backgrounds/Polygraph Unit. I have conducted pre-employment examinations for <br />several agencies as well as polygraph examinations for criminal investigations. I <br />have conducted thousands of pre-employment law enforcement polygraph <br />examinations. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL <br />Mark Graham will conduct all examinations. I have no employees or sub- <br />contractors. <br /> <br />DISCLOSURE <br />I have never been the subject of any litigation.
