Leticia “Lettie” De Dios <br />Senior Consultant <br />Lettie De Dios has been a valued member of our firm since 2016, bringing over four <br />decades of expertise in municipal financial services. Her extensive background <br />includes contract administration, budgeting, accounting, auditing, purchasing, <br />redevelopment and assessment district financing, and treasury investment <br />management. <br />From 1980 to 2016, Lettie held key financial leadership roles—including Treasurer, <br />Administrative Services Director, Finance Director, Assistant Finance Director, and <br />Accounting Manager—in several California cities, including Mendota, Manteca, Elk <br />Grove, Oxnard, El Monte, Delano, and Glendora. Her broad experience across <br />diverse municipal environments has made her a trusted advisor in public finance. <br />Lettie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the <br />Philippine School of Business Administration. <br />KRISCH & COMPANY | PAGE 5 <br />Kristine Paras, CPA (inactive) <br />Supervisor <br />Kristine Paras joined our firm in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in both <br />public and private sector accounting. She specializes in system implementation, <br />internal controls, daily financial operations, financial reporting, and year-end close <br />processes. <br />Prior to joining our team, Kristine spent 22 years with the City of Martinez, <br />California, where she advanced through several key roles—from Accountant to <br />Senior Accountant, and ultimately Finance Manager. Her earlier career includes <br />seven years in private-sector accounting and three years as an auditor with Grant <br />Thornton, where she developed a strong foundation in financial compliance and <br />audit practices. <br />Kristine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in <br />Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
