Hash Sadat <br />Supervisor <br />Hash Sadat joined our firm in 2022 and has since provided comprehensive <br />accounting services to special districts, cities, and nonprofit organizations. His <br />areas of expertise include budget development, master fee schedule updates, full- <br />cycle accounts payable and receivable processing, financial reporting, audit <br />coordination, grant accounting, and system integration. He has led projects <br />involving State-mandated report compilation, monthly and quarterly financial <br />statement preparation, year-end close, account reconciliations, and financial <br />analysis. Hash also brings a strong background in operational efficiency and <br />technology integration, having implemented job costing and time tracking in <br />QuickBooks, and restructured account codes, classes, and departments in ADP <br />to interface with financial systems. <br />Prior to joining our firm, Hash accumulated twelve years of experience in roles <br />such as Project Manager, Finance Manager, and Full-Charge Bookkeeper. He <br />also worked as an auditor with Grant Thornton and spent seven years in <br />private-sector accounting. <br />Hash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kardan <br />University in Afghanistan and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and <br />Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), <br />London, UK.
