Sabri Arac completed the questionnaire on behalf of 4400 Black <br />Avenue LLC. Mr. Arac indicated no knowledge of significant hazardous materials storage, <br />releases, Environmental Liens, or past litigation pertaining to the Site. Mr. Arac reported that <br />4400 Black Avenue LLC purchased the Site in March 2020 from Infill Land Partners, LLC. <br />Contact information for the previous owner was not provided. <br />8.2 CURRENT OCCUPANT INTERVIEW <br />During the Site visit, Cornerstone spoke with Joseph Taddie of CBRE (representative of the <br />facility management company) regarding his knowledge of the Site history and Site uses <br />involving hazardous materials. Mr. Taddie stated that the Site was originally constructed to <br />house the operators for telephone directory assistance. He stated that the building is now used <br />as an operations center and training facility for repair technicians.
