AMENDMENT TO LEAS E AGREEM ENT <br />This Amendment to Lease Agreement (" Amendment") is entered into '."Je..b , -Zo <br />2018 by the City of P leasanton (''City") and Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society <br />("AL VHS") <br />Whereas, on January 3, 2006, the City and AL VHS entered into a Lease Agreement for <br />the ALVHS's use of 603 Main Street, which lease was extended on June 30, 20 11 by the <br />Amendment t o Agreement (collectively the "Lease"); and <br />Whereas, the parties des ire to have the AL VHS co ntinue to use the property for an <br />additional five (5) years for the purposes set forth in the Lease. <br />Now, th erefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />A. Section 2. Term of the Lease is extended to January 3, 2021. <br />B.
