PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY <br /> <br />SUTTON SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY <br /> <br />MECHANIC’S LIEN – CONDITION PRECEDENT <br /> <br />The following is a condition precedent to coverage set forth in the policy. <br /> <br />This policy shall not apply to “bodily injury”, “property damage”, “personal injury”, or “advertising injury” arising out of work <br />performed by any insured or on any insured’s behalf, when alleged following the insured's filing of a mechanic’s lien in connection <br />with said work, unless the following conditions precedent are fully satisfied by the insured: <br /> <br />1. The insured must notify the Company in writing, within thirty (30) calendar days of filing a Mechanic’s Lien for work <br />performed during the policy period; and <br /> <br />2.
