<br /> <br />Miscellaneous Duties Compensation: <br /> <br />Consultant shall perform other related activities and duties as requested by the City. Fees for <br />such services shall be paid on a time and material basis at the hourly rate as assigned for plan <br />review, counter and/or inspection services, as required. <br /> <br />Compensation Terms: <br />An hourly fee increase will be provided annually based on the latest published Engineering <br />News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index (CCI) for the San Francisco Bay Area <br />(rounded up to nearest dollar).
