Generally, past projects are not included within the list of cumulative projects due to the <br />fact that current environmental conditions are already considered as part of the baseline and <br />existing environmental condition. All of the projects are located within the Pleasanton city limits. A <br />map showing the locations of these cumulative projects is included as Exhibit 3-1.
