The <br />proposed project and the Greek Orthodox Church Project would be required to comply with the <br />same federal, State, and local rules and regulations pertaining to the preservation and recovery of <br />paleontological resources, would implement mitigation measures if deemed necessary to avoid and <br />reduce damage to paleontological resources, and the uncovering of paleontological resources tend <br />to be site-specific.
