Hana Japan Restaurant Project <br />Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />48 <br />May 2025 <br />Implementation of all the requirements discussed in the Compliance Checklist would <br />ensure that the proposed project would be considered consistent with the City’s CAP. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br />Based on the above, the proposed project would not conflict with the applicable BAAQMD <br />thresholds. In addition, the project would be generally consistent with the measures <br />included in the City’s CAP. Thus, the project would not generate GHG emissions, either <br />directly or indirectly, that may have a significant impact on the environment, and would not <br />conflict with applicable plans, policies, and regulations adopted for the purpose of reducing <br />the emissions of GHGs. Therefore, a less-than-significant impact would occur. <br /> <br />
