The proposed project would also be subject <br />all applicable provisions of Chapter 9.20, Solid Waste, of the City’s Municipal Code, which <br />regulates the preparation, collection, removal, and disposal of solid waste. <br /> <br />Therefore, the proposed project would not generate solid waste in excess of State or local <br />standards, or in excess of the capacity of local infrastructure, or otherwise impair the <br />attainment of solid waste reduction goals and would comply with federal, State, and local <br />management and reduction statutes and regulations related to solid waste. Thus, a less- <br />than-significant impact would occur. <br /> <br />
