City of Pleasanton, CA <br />Proposal to Conduct a Citywide Organizational Assessment <br />Section B—Citygate Approach, Scope, and Timelines Page 16 <br />B.7 PROPOSED PROJECT SCHEDULE FOR EXPANDED SCOPE <br />Citygate proposes to perform this project in approximately one year from contract execution. We <br />propose to develop an updated schedule with deliverable milestones in coordination with the City <br />so that the timeline reflects the time the City feels is necessary to provide requested documents <br />and data across all departments, attend interviews and key briefing meetings, jointly develop and <br />execute a stakeholder engagement plan, complete surveys (if applicable), and thoughtfully review <br />mid-project findings and recommendations as well as the Draft Report. <br /> <br />B.8 UPDATED PROJECT TEAM ASSIGNMENTS <br />Citygate’s Project Team serving the City has hundreds of years of experience in local government <br />leadership across each of the functions being assessed. Please note the inclusion of a former IT <br />Director with East Bay city experience given the importance of reviewing information technology <br />service delivery and staffing throughout the engagement. <br />Citygate’s Project Team organization chart is provided on the following page, showing team <br />assignments per functional review. <br />Page 195 of 323
