Page 3 of 3 <br />agreement to streamline procurement. <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this action advances the Citywide ONE Pleasanton strategic plan goal of Investing <br />in Our Environment by aligning with the City’s Climate Action Plan 2.0 by reducing municipal <br />fleet emissions through hybrid vehicle integration and promoting sustainability and <br />environmental stewardship. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total not-to-exceed amount for the purchase and outfitting of a Caterpillar 255 Compact <br />Track Loader $200,022, which includes a 15 percent contingency. This amount covers <br />equipment acquisition, sales tax, and outfitting costs such as emergency lighting and safety <br />systems.
