Further, as conditioned, the County staff will review and determine building permit requirements for the proposed fences, lights, and use of storage unit as the facility’s office, etc. Hence, the proposed use will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare. Thus, the Planning Commission finds this finding can be made. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance. With the approval of the requested conditional use permit, the use wo uld be consistent with the City's ability to regulate zoning as listed in Chapter 18.124 of the Municipal Code. In addition, it conforms to the land use agreement between the County and City. Thus, the Planning Commission finds that this finding can be made. Section 5. The Planning Commission hereby approves Case No. P25-0244, subject to the Conditions of Approval, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A. Section 6. The Planning Commission hereby directs the Planning Manager to file a Notice of Exemption with the Alameda County Clerk. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
