BALLISTIC UNITED SOCCER CLUB Summary: We are excited to be able to successfully bring this futsal facility to fruition. As a local non-profit (501c-3) that has operated in Pleasanton for over 55 years, our mission and goal is to support the community and teach life lessons through the great sport of soccer and now its sister/cousin sport “futsal”. I have attached an artist rendered drawing, provided by our professional and experienced futsal manufacturer which outlines the location with the Alameda County Fairgrounds (ACF). The location is lot L and within the lot the facility location is at the northeast corner and extends south. The total square footage will encompass approx 52,500 sq ft. The three field facility has been designed, in partnership with the SCF, as a “temporary” facility which sits on top of the current gravel which will be properly compacted and leveled, and a 3 inch pavement pad which will be installed. Members and participants will enter through Gate 12 and will park on the west side of Lot L. Use of facility will encompass the following types of programs including the following: ●Little Kickers- for parents and their 2-4 year old sons/daughters ●Corporate lunch leagues-for employers to provide employee benefits through sport participation ●Youth futsal training and playing leagues- for boys and girls in the tri valley area to enjoy the fun and excitement of playing futsal. Rage and BUSC alone have over 3,500 youth players who will enjoy the facility during the calendar year ●Adult leagues-Currently our club has over 22 adult teams playing Sunday soccer on the grass fields in town. This is over 550 registered players and we expect a high demand for evening adult playing leagues from 8-11pm seven days a week. ●Tournaments-We are contracted to host 3 tournaments throughout the year but anticipate hosting closer to 6. These events will bring in large participation from individuals outside the local area including the geography known as the East Bay and beyond. Details of agreement: ●Term: Our contractual agreement, negotiated and approved by ACF and approved by the ACF board is for 5 years with 1 year extensions if agreed to by both parties. ●Size: 300x175 equates to 52,500 sq. ft (see attached diagram) ●Days of use: Sunday-Saturday ●Time of use: 8am-11pm ●Non use agreement period: is approximately 32 days which encompasses about 1 week before the fair begins, during the fair, and 1 week after the fair ends. Bathrooms (ADH compliant)- We have agreed to purchase the mobile restroom trailer that has been used at the Barone’s events for the past 10 years. This facility comes with ADA compliant access. Separate mens-4 stalls /womens-4 stalls/ADA sections. Professional cleaning service will clean weekly and service the septic tank each week as needed.
