BALLISTIC UNITED SOCCER CLUB <br />Noise: The location of the facility, location on Lot L along the far east border will not cause any <br />concern of “noise” pollution. <br /> <br />Lights: See light info flyer <br /> <br />Generators: See Generator info flyer. All power needs will be serviced by approved generators. <br /> <br />Drainage: 1 degree flow from the East to the west draining into the current parking gravel as it <br />currently does now. <br /> <br />Pavement prep: leveling of existing crushed gravel and adding 3 inch pavement with 1 degree <br />slope. The pavement will serve as the base under the fields and extend 5ft outside the walls of <br />the fields to support the lights and bench seating. <br /> <br />Gravel/Turf installation/ drainage: leveling of existing crushed gravel, placement of 1 inch turf in <br />the areas in between the fields (see flyer). The turf will capture the water sloped towards <br />installed drains and pushed out to the West Fence line. <br /> <br />Trailer/Storage container: The club will store 2 of its trailers, used for club special events within <br />town during the year, inside the fenced facility located in the top North/west corner (see flyer). <br />The club will also place a storage container either in the northwest corner or the southeast <br />corner. (See attached detail flyers for both the entrance and storage containers.) <br /> <br />Parking: Parking will be in the open gravel area of Lot L on the West side of the facility <br /> <br />Number of Employees: 10-12..1 full time and 10-11 part time <br /> <br />Estimated number of patrons/attendees: The courts are operated on an hourly basis. When all 3 <br />courts are in use that would include the following estimates: <br />● Players-24 per court or 72 in total <br />● Parents/family members- assume 1.5 per player which equates to 108 <br />● Cars-assume 1 car per player which equates to 72 cars <br /> <br />PLANNING QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK IN BOLD AND CAPS <br />The narrative provides general information on the operation.
