The City is not <br />obligated to undertake the requested service delegation, but it shall exercise <br />its best efforts to do so when requested. <br />2. In implementing subsection D(l)(b) above, the agencies' staffs may by <br />memorandum establish procedures for certain permits/inspections based on the <br />classification of event, type of permit, etc. Such a memorandum shall constitute a <br />proper delegation under this agreement. <br />E. Dispute Resolution <br />The City and County shall make good faith attempts to resolve disputes involving <br />categorization of uses between Sections A, B, and C of this Agreement. <br />F.
