Find that the proposed development would not have a significant effect on the <br />environment and adopt a resolution adopting the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration (IS/MND). <br />2. Find that the proposed development conforms to the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC) <br />and adopt a resolution approving the Design Review application, Case No. P22-0902 <br />for the construction of Hana Japan Restaurant with on- and off-site improvements. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The existing vacant site is a boomerang-shaped lot located on the southwest corner of Foothill <br />Road and Dublin Canyon Road. The proposed development would construct an approximately <br />6,455-square-foot Japanese teppanyaki restaurant with seating for 136 patrons. The project
