Dublin/Pleasanton BART Existing Conditions – Access and Circulation
June 6, 2025

Valley Link
Valley Link is a planned 42-mile rail corridor that will connect the Tri-Valley region to the
Northern San Joaquin Valley, serving the cities of Livermore, Tracy, and Stockton. The project is
intended to expand regional connectivity, reduce congestion on I -580, and provide a sustainable
alternative to long car commutes between inland communities and the Bay Area. The west
terminus of the service would be at the Dublin/Pleasanton Station, which would serve as a
transfer point between Valley Link and BART. Figure 11 shows the location of the raised platform
on the Pleasanton side of the station above the Hewlett Canal. The project is currently in the
design and environmental clearance phase with construction expected in 2028.

DRA
F
T
