A list of building codes with which the design will comply. <br />D) Safety and Security Plan: <br />a. Identify operable windows. <br />b. Identify balconies & rooftop outdoor areas. <br />c. Identify plan for vehicular access protection to station entrances and <br />ventilation structures. <br />d. Identify access for Fire (Fire Access Map to include Development Building <br />accesses) and Police Services including dedicated parking at all BART <br />station access points.
