The building <br />has two setbacks or recesses in the front, which allow space for the lawn (mentioned above) and a <br />“walled garden” (described below). These setbacks result in a building plan consisting of three blocks <br />or wings. By far the largest block is in the rear (south) and measures about 95 feet by 150 feet. The <br />next largest is at the northeast corner of the building (that is, at front-left) and measures roughly 42 <br />feet by 85 feet.
