Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />The recommended grouped aggregate not-to-exceed contract amount is $1,250,000 through <br />June 30, 2026, which is within the maximum five-year contract term. Task authorizations <br />issued prior to contract expiration may require extensions of contract terms beyond the five- <br />year limit to allow for completion of authorized work, consistent with the provisions of the <br />original agreements. <br /> <br />There is no guarantee that the full authorized amount will be expended during the contract <br />term, and no minimum amount of work or compensation is guaranteed to any firm.
