Projects will include water, sewer, and stormwater system upgrades
and replacement of existing infrastructure and other essential utility infrastructure investments.
Detailed scopes of services, schedule, fee, payment milestones and methodology, assumptions,
and deliverables shall be defined with each Task Authorization, as issued by the City. Throughout
the delivery of the program, it is anticipated that five main functions will be utilized, which are
described within this exhibit.
Assumptions:
1. Task Authorizations will be issued under this Agreement and will further detail the
functions described in this exhibit.
2. Each Task Authorization will define the scope, schedule, fee, payment milestones and
methodology, assumptions, and deliverables for each of the five main functions described
below.
3. Task Authorizations are anticipated to be issued to initiate each of the Phases of Delivery,
described at the end of this exhibit.
4. Since programs are dynamic and service needs may change each fiscal year, Phase 2
related Task Authorizations are anticipated to be developed by the City and CONSULTANT
prior to the start of each Fiscal Year and executed at the start of each Fiscal Year. These
annual Task Authorizations will represent the scope, schedule, fee, payment milestones
and methodology, assumptions, and deliverables associated with the upcoming Fiscal
Year.
5. Each Task Authorization will define delivery milestones to support the City’s compensation
approach of issuing payments on a milestone basis.
Docusign Envelope ID: FEFC9AF2-1478-4B9F-806B-DF97B62C9BB3
