These <br />values shape our approach to client relationships and drive the quality of our <br />work. We aim to be more than just advisors—we strive to be trusted partners <br />who bring clarity, creativity, and conf idence to every engagement. <br />Our maximum fee for this <br />engagement is $60,000. Our fees are <br />based on the time required to <br />complete the work. While we expect <br />to conduct this engagement <br />remotely, if travel becomes <br />necessary, we will charge one-half of <br />our standard hourly rates for travel <br />time. Please note that hourly rates <br />are adjusted annually on January 1. <br />Billing Rates <br />Scope of Work <br />We will provide project‑specif ic support to the City by completing defined <br />analytical, technical, and process‑focused assignments that fall outside routine <br />staff duties.
