Heather Rowden, CCMT, CGIP <br />Advisory Services Manager <br />Heather Rowden joined our firm in 2023, bringing extensive experience in municipal <br />administration, tax analysis, and risk management. She plays a key role in leading <br />departmental assessments, overseeing interim Finance Director engagements, and <br />guiding the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and software systems. <br />Before joining our team, Heather served as Finance & Administrative Services <br />Director for the City of Albany, California, and as Finance Director/Treasurer for <br />the City of Waterville, Maine. Her earlier career includes several positions with <br />Maine Revenue Services, where she developed deep expertise in public finance and <br />state-level tax operations. <br />Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ashford University and an <br />MBA from Thomas College. She is a Certified California Municipal Treasurer <br />(CCMT) and a Certified Government Investment Professional (CGIP), reflecting her <br />commitment to excellence in public sector financial management. <br />KRISCH & COMPANY | PAGE 4 <br />Brooke Lazzari, CPA <br />Advisory Services Manager <br />Brooke Lazzari joined our firm in 2023, bringing over two decades of experience in <br />public sector financial management. She specializes in controllership engagements, <br />with expertise in budget development, financial oversight, internal controls, financial <br />reporting, and year-end close processes. <br />Prior to joining our team, Brooke served as Deputy Finance Director for the City of <br />Belmont, California, where she led key financial initiatives and operational <br />improvements.
