Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Completion of the initial WSMP is anticipated to occur in 2023. <br /> <br />Staff issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for consultants to prepare the WSMP <br />and in response received a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from four firms: Carollo <br />Engineers, GHD, Hazen and Sawyer, and Kennedy Jenks. Based on review of SOQs <br />and follow-up interviews, the City’s selection committee recommended Carollo <br />Engineers as the top-ranked firm based on their project approach, qualifications of <br />personnel, and experience with similar efforts.
