The
work will be based on the hydraulic model developed and used for the Sanitary Sewer Master
November 2024 Sewer Capacity Evaluation Report.
The work items included in this task order are described below.
Task 1 – Project Administration and Coordination
This task includes overall project coordination and management for the duration of the project.
This includes tracking of project budget and schedule, monthly project progress reports to the
City team, subconsultant coordination, and coordination with City staff and other project
stakeholders. The project duration is assumed to be 4 months.
Deliverables:
• Agendas and meeting minutes for the kickoff meeting and project progress meetings
• Monthly invoices and project progress reports
• Project schedule updates
Task 2 – Create Model Loading Scenarios
Woodard & Curran will create new model scenarios incorporating the proposed developments
included in each advanced planning project. Proposed loads for the development will be based
on information provided by the City and unit loads consistent with what was used in the Master
Plan (160 gpd/unit for single family residential, 130 gpd/unit for multi-family residential).
Subtask 2.1
This subtask includes the development of two of the advanced planning projects defined below.
Due to the unknown sequencing of these projects, both projects will be added to the model
under two advanced planning scenarios; where Project 2 – Bart Station Development, will
include an upper and lower density scenario . This task assumes one (1) coordination meeting
with City planning staff to define the upper and lower density assumptions for the Bart Station
Development and finalize the model loads for Housing Element Addendum Update. ‘
Advanced Planning Projects Included in this Subtask:
Docusign Envelope ID: FD04895D-67BA-4A01-A55C-FDF87B5399C5Docusign Envelope ID: ECB15ECD-7A1F-4E85-B7A9-398949919095
