Maintenance records would be available for verification. Prior to the start of treatment activities, the project proponent would inspect all equipment for leaks and inspect everyday thereafter until equipment is removed from the site. Any equipment found leaking would be promptly removed. This SPR applies to all treatment activities and treatment types, including treatment maintenance.
