The qualified archaeologist would work with the project proponent to develop a
primary records report that would comply with applicable state or local agency
procedures. If the archaeologist determines that further information is needed to evaluate
significance, a data recovery plan would be prepared. If the find is determined to be
significant by the qualified archaeologist (i.e., because the find constitutes a unique
archaeological resource, subsurface historical resource, or Tribal cultural resource), the
archaeologist would work with the project proponent to develop appropriate procedures
to protect the integrity of the resource. Procedures could include preservation in place
(which is the preferred manner of mitigating impacts to archaeological sites), archival
research, subsurface testing, or recovery of scientifically consequential information from
and about the resource. Any find would be recorded standard DPR Primary Record forms
(Form DPR 523) would be submitted to the appropriate regional information center.
Biological Resources
MM BIO-1a: Avoid Loss of Special-Status Plants Listed under ESA or CESA
Initial
Treatment: Y
Treatment
Maintenance:
Y
Prior to
and
during
The City of
Pleasanton
The City of
Pleasanton
