Page 3 of 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total not-to-exceed amount for the agreement for the remainder of FY 2025/26 and the <br />subsequent three-year fiscal term from FY 2026/27 through FY 2028/29 is $440,000, including <br />approximately $15,000 in FY 2025/26 and an annual not-to-exceed amount of $75,000 in FY <br />2026/27, FY 2027/28, and FY 2028/29, and an annual not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 if the <br />two additional extensions are exercised, not to exceed five years. <br /> <br />Funding for the agreement is included in the General Fund Facilities Maintenance & <br />Operations operating budget (00140301-420101 and 00140301-430107), Miscellaneous <br />Repairs and Maintenance Contracts, and Contract Services.
