All staff at NBS have extensive applied skills in analytical software, <br />databases, and spreadsheets, as well as a minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree from an accredited <br />university. <br />PROFESSIONAL FEES <br />Our professional fees reflect the effort we believe is necessary to complete the scope of services <br />described. We express this honestly and transparently through our price proposal. <br />NBS applied the following hourly rates to derive the overall not-to-exceed pricing for the requested scope <br />of services. NBS’ rates are inclusive of all costs associated with professional time, such as travel, document <br />production, and incidentals.
