<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENTATIONS / ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Should the City require additional public meetings for implementation purposes, the following rates would <br />apply, per meeting: <br />• Remotely conducted meeting via Zoom or other platform: $750 per meeting <br />• In person attendance: $2,000 plus travel expenses not to exceed $1,000 <br />Any other additional services authorized but not included in the scope of services will be billed at the <br />hourly rates shown above. <br />INVOICING <br />We invoice on a monthly basis, following recorded consultant time on the project, paralleling our <br />completion of the work. At no time will we invoice for charges in excess of the fee to which the City and <br />NBS mutually agree.
