Multi-Year Single-Family Customer Impacts <br /> <br /> <br />Multi-Year Single-Family Rate Survey <br />A sewer rate survey was conducted to compare historical and proposed Pleasanton rates to <br />those of peer agencies in the Tri-Valley area for single-family customers. Bimonthly bills for <br />each agency represent the sum of both collection and treatment charges. Historically, <br />Pleasanton bills have been on the lower range of peer agencies, more comparable to DSRSD <br />and significantly below Livermore.
