The scope included site preparation, framing, <br />anchoring, siding/roofing installation, and installation of a roll-up door and commercial access <br />door. <br />Following the proposal due date of April 3, 2026, we received three responsive quotes from <br />qualified contractors: <br />Wilson General Contracting Inc.: $44,890.00 <br />GRC Electric: $55,200.00 <br />FPINC General Contracting: $60,432.00 <br />DC Construction: No Quote provided. <br />Each proposal was reviewed for completeness, scope alignment, and conformance with the <br />project requirements. Wilson General Contracting Inc. provided the lowest responsive and <br />responsible quote and demonstrated a clear understanding of the project scope, including <br />structural installation, anchoring, siding, roofing, and door installation components. <br />Given the project timeline and need to protect critical Fire equipment, we recommend <br />proceeding with Wilson General Contracting Inc. for this project. <br />Funding for this project has been identified in the current fiscal year budget under: <br />440105 – 515 R&R Fund (FY 25/26) <br />Please advise on the next steps so we can move forward with procurement and scheduling. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 28533DFB-8675-8793-83AC-54FA0C9BB6FA
