Resolution No. 2026- <br />Page 14 <br /> <br /> Members of the Energy and Environment Commission (except the youth <br />representative) shall disclose all investments and business positions in business <br />entities and sources of income which provide services, supplies, materials or <br />equipment related to water and energy conservation, alternative fuels, <br />environmental consulting, waste and pollution reduction, and clean energy. <br />Members of the Human Services Commission (except youth member) shall <br />disclose all investments and business positions in business entities and sources <br />of income which provide services, supplies, materials or equipment related to <br />services for food insecure, homeless, disadvantaged youth, low-income seniors, <br />and persons with special needs. <br />Members of the Library Commission (except youth member) shall disclose all <br />investments and business positions in business entities and sources of income <br />which provide services, supplies, materials or equipment related to services for <br />library book circulation, library furniture, book publishers, and library architects. <br />Members of the Parks and Recreation Commission (except youth member) shall <br />disclose all investments and business positions in business entities and sources <br />of income which provide services, supplies, materials or equipment related to <br />playground equipment, artificial turf, landscape supplies, landscape architects, <br />playground architects, and sports and activities program providers. <br />Category 4: Designated officials and employees in this disclosure category shall disclose all <br />investments and business positions in business entities and sources of income, <br />interests in real property which are subject to the regulations, permits or licensing <br />authority of the city. <br />Category 5: All designated officials and employees in this disclosure category shall disclose all <br />investments and business positions in business entities, and sources of income <br />which engage in land development, construction, acquisition or sale of real <br />property, and all interests in real property. <br />Page 46 of 443
