Section 9 2025 Urban Water Management Plan <br />Demand Management Measures City of Pleasanton <br /> Public Draft | May 2026 <br /> 9-10 EKI Environment & Water, Inc. <br />CWC §10609 requires that urban retail water suppliers develop UWUOs based on established standards <br />for certain water use sectors. Pleasanton’s water use is currently below its UWUO based on the two <br />optional reports the City submitted in 2024 and 2025. The City anticipates continuing and possibly <br />expanding its water conservation program, if needed, to maintain compliance with the MCCWL <br />regulations. <br />
