• Partner firm with DKF Solutions, the contractor who currently provides State Water <br />Resources Control Board compliance support to the department <br />• Based locally in Fremont for timely in-person response <br /> <br />Solicitation Process: <br /> <br />Public Works Department staff recommend sole source contracting with Du-All Safety. <br /> <br />The department initially hired Du-All Safety in July of 2017 to provide a baseline assessment of <br />health & safety compliance requirements. The report that followed informed some initial projects <br />that established an Occupational Health and Safety Program for Public Works in 2021.
