<br />Scope of Work and Cost Estimate <br />PSA Implementation Services and Support | City of Pleasanton Augustin Bernal Community Park Fuels Project <br />March 2026 <br />5 <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />• Prepared presentation materials submitted prior to the meeting, with one (1) round of edits <br />• Notes/reporting from meeting delivered within one (1) week following the meeting <br />Assumptions: <br />• Cost is inclusive of preparation and reporting time, as well as up to two (2) hours of meeting time <br />each for the Sequoia principal and project manager <br />Task 6.3: On-Site Meeting Attendance (Optional) <br />Under this optional task Sequoia will prepare for and attend one (1) in-person meeting for the public, <br />hosted at the project site. The Sequoia principal-in-charge and project manager will attend the meeting, <br />present, and answer questions.
