<br />Scope of Work and Cost Estimate <br />PSA Implementation Services and Support | City of Pleasanton Augustin Bernal Community Park Fuels Project <br />March 2026 <br />4 <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />• Draft completion report <br />• Final completion report <br />Assumptions <br />• One (1) round of edits with City will be included for the completion report <br />o Any additional edits needed for report or supporting materials will be conducted as <br />requested as time and materials (T&M) <br />Task 6: Public Outreach Support (Optional) <br />Task 6 includes several optional subtasks under which Sequoia can provide public outreach support for the <br />project. Each subtask can be included individually or in conjunction with the other subtasks. <br />6.1 Public GIS/StoryMap Setup and Maintenance (Optional) <br />Under this optional task, Sequoia will work with the City to develop public-facing web GIS products (web <br />app and dashboard) and set up an Esri StoryMap. Sequoia will compile project GIS data to create <br />interactive mapping products that provide project information and progress to the public. Additionally, <br />Sequoia will provide multimedia (photos, video) content from implemented fuels projects and draft text <br />to include in the StoryMap. Specifics of content and design will be coordinated with the City. <br />Deliverables <br />• Web map, app, and/or dashboard built in Esri ArcGIS Online to be shared with the public <br />• One Esri StoryMap or ExperienceBuilder site to be shared with the public by the City <br />Assumptions <br />• Cost includes setting up StoryMap or Experience Builder site and six (6) months of maintenance <br />updates from launch date (this can be adjusted to the City’s preference) <br />o Site will remain up longer, or can be transferred to City’s GIS department <br />• ArcGIS Online storage credit usage costs will be charged to the City via the GIS data <br />storage/processing other direct cost listed on our rate sheet <br />6.2 Virtual Meeting/Townhall Attendance (Optional) <br />Under this optional task, Sequoia will prepare for and attend one (1) virtual meeting or townhall for the <br />public. The Sequoia principal-in-charge and project manager will attend the meeting, present, and answer <br />questions.
