(CM, Inc.) is pleased to submit this proposal to extend our service by <br />amending our existing contract 2025566 to assist the City in implementing its Capital Improvement <br />Program by providing staff augmentation services. <br />Scope of services will include providing guidance and supporting City staff in the development of in- <br />house Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&Es); reviewing PS&Es developed by City’s <br />consultants including monitoring of deliverable schedules and budgets; coordinating PSEs reviews <br />and ensuring incorporation of comments by other City departments; providing constructibility and <br />cost estimate comments for PSEs; consultant contract management; managing the construction <br />contact advertising, bidding and bid review process; preparation of agenda items for City Council, as <br />required; providing construction support services for awarded construction contracts ; assisting in <br />the transition to new City staff, when available. <br />Staff Rate Estimated Hours Not To Exceed Amount <br />Bill Carlson, PE $250.00 750 $187,500 <br />Please contact me with any questions.
