If it appears that more hours or expenses will be required than have been estimated here, HF&H will work with City staff to determine the appropriate way to meet that need, which may include tasks assigned to City staff or adjustments to the budget. A detailed breakdown of estimated costs is included below. In most of the procurements we have conducted for other cities, the contractor is required to reimburse the City for consulting costs paid out by the City.
