P18-0078, P18-0080, P18-0081, PUD-130 and Tract 8569 (Hidden Canyon) Planning Commission <br />8of 28 <br />proposed 30 (28 new and two existing) dwelling units equates to 0.67 dwelling units/acre <br />(du/ac), and would meet the General Plan density requirement. <br />However, portions of the project, including three of the future lots (Lots 3-5) located on the <br />12.6-acre Ponderosa-owned parcel, and existing Lester homes and future Lots 29 and 30 <br />intended as new homesites for the Lester family (encompassing the existing 0.9-acre parcel at <br />11033 Dublin Canyon Road and a portion of 11021 Dublin Canyon Road), are located in areas <br />designated Open Space-Public Health and Safety.
